He started as a parent helper at ESJBA (EastSussex Junior Badminton Academy) prior to achieving Coaching level 1 and 2 status and has been running various senior squads since September 2014. ESJBA offers excellent junior coaching from beginners to County level players.
In 2015, Sean took over as the resident badminton coach at David Lloyd Club Eastbourne, where he instigated many new sessions, including various, weekday morning & evening club sessions comprising age ranged, junior, adult and ‘No Mercy’ advance player sessions, as well as the very well received and supported all comers club night session.
In addition to these, were, the newly founded and extremely well appreciated junior and adult group coaching programmes.
During this time, the fledgling ‘Badminton4you’ project began.
After, over five ½ highly successful years at David Lloyd Club in Eastbourne, Sean left to set up his own coaching programmes for both junior and senior players under the ‘Badminton4you’ banner.
At the start of the 2020/21 season, Sean became senior coach at Hastings YMCA badminton club. His influences helped to promote the club to Badminton England Premier Club status.
Badminton4you, currently run two senior pay and play groups, one on a Saturday morning and the other on a Wednesday evening in Eastbourne.

Within each venture Sean has helped many junior and senior players achieve their goals from reaching tournament, club, or county status or just to enjoy a very social game without feeling out of their league.
In 2022, Sean received the ‘Bruce Peapell Award’ from Sussex County Badminton. This award is presented to coaches who have a valuable contribution to grass roots badminton, particularly in the junior section.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
